Shop around for furnaces and parts. Pumps, etc are much cheaper on-line. Service rates are extremely high.
It was a great learning experience. We haven't committed to a purchase yet. Jim was very pleasant and we appreciated his time
Pricing is unrealistic for service and cleaning. Company wanted $1000 just to clean furnace.
