I was told at the end of January that closing would be in 45 days. Our lease was up at the end of February so we asked for a month extension. A few days before our closing mid- March, Jan asked for 2 additional weeks. We weren't happy but agreed to the delay. April brought stories of our file being lost twice, a tornado back east, and lenders closing due to Covid19 as well as 2 failed closing dates.
