Very quiet, pleasant park. Nice country setting. It appears that management is not overly strict as sheds, outdoor items are on most lots; unlike many other parks. There are no playgrounds, pool, clubhouse or any other activities available for park residents. At approximately $400/mo I feel lot rent is slightly high, without ANY amenities being offered. On the plus side, I saw many rent to own signs in windows and many newer units available.
Attended a family birthday party. The park is very quiet and for the most part very well kept up they really could get rid of a number of the speed bumps
My daughter and family live there. Seems that they have a hard time getting things fixed. They had originally wanted to upgrade to a larger one but feel uncomfortable about it. Hope you can change things.
Looks well kept. Only thing is lot rents keep increasing by large amounts
Watch Trailer Park Boys and you will understand. Piss jugs and all.
