Always on time and does a great job. Friendly service and such a blessing to have available.
Northstar came thru in a pinch for us. My mother fell out of bed at her skilled nursing rehab and was taken by ambulance to the ER. When she was discharged we thought her skilled nursing facility would come to pick her up, but since this wasn't a scheduled event they didn't have a driver. The hospital said they could give her a ambulance ride back to the nursing home for 2000 dollars since insurance wasn't going to cover it. North Star Medical Transport is very effective and efficient. They do their best to accommodate all my non-emergency transportation needs. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly & reliable. I'll keep using their services as they do a fantastic job!
