Glen was very professional and helped me fix the heater during the cold wintertime.
Our furnace quit on us during the resent cold snap , Called North Star as they where local, they made it out in good timing and had the issue fixed the same day even though they had to pick up replacement part quite a distance away, Technician was professional and courteous, well experienced, North Star will be my first call for further issues. Price was very reasonable also.
The owner was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends

The technician who came to our apartment to repair a bathtub faucet was not very experienced but at least he was courteous. The owner however was rude. For a small job as such, the charges was unethical. When I tried to dispute the charges, his attitude turned hostile and aggressive. Very unsettling experience.
