I had a wonderful day at North Star Mall today! I found a beautiful cell phone case and had my iPhone repaired. I also purchased some incredible sunglasses and a very unique Mother of Pearl compact at the Brighton Store, and got a Champagne bottle filled with candy at It' Sugar for New Years Eve!
I went to visit Texas Tax Back and this office gave me the worst service ever. In so many years coming to this mall and I just got the worst customer service they can provide. Employees are just wasting their time and not even taking care of their customers
First off the Mall is great! But if you are making reservations for Santa here make sure you DON'T have ANYTHING come up. I made reservations on Saturday for the next week on Thurs. I went back in to cancel it and was charged $10 for canceling it 5 days in advance! I've had pictures taken here for years for my kids and will NOT come back after this! I understand if it was on short notice but 5 days in advance RIDICULOUS!

Successful shopping day for back to school. Only hiccup was extremely long wait for food at Chick-fil-a in food court.they were not even that busy.
