This was my first time getting a massage. Blakey Hastings was fantastic. She took the tine to address problem areas. She is very knowledgeable of anatomy and how certain areas and muscles can cause issues. The environment in the massage room was nice and calming. Despite it being very cold outside the room was heated to a nice temperature and the massage table itself was heated. I felt great after the massage was over. Fabulous Blakeley really knows what she’s doing!
My acupuncturist suggested Blakey in getting more support around issues I have been struggling with: A sense of being disconnect, chaotic and loosing self-esteem. I just trusted and went.
