This place is great. My appointment was right on schedule. The staff was very professional throughout my appointment, answering any questions or concerns I had.
I had a wonderful experience with Northstar and couldn’t recommend them more for hearing tests or hearing aid needs. Before booking with them, I visited two other clinics and researched several hearing aid providers. From my very first call, Keely at the front desk was incredibly helpful and clearly explained the entire process. Super quick and accommodating!! All staff was beyond friendly and explained everything they were doing very clearly. Beautiful office space that’s very accessible. Would definitely recommend and will be returning should I need to:)
