North star health system has failed me.
I went there today, October 14th, 2025 with a high recommendation from a Dr. Who opened a primary care in white river jct. I was not disappointed whatsoever. From the receptionist who was friendly, to the nurse and then the doctor. I need to have my ears flushed about every 6 months. Had not had it done in quite some time. The young nurse was outstanding. 1/10 times they answer the front desk phone. I have to spend ALL DAY calling them every hour until someone picks up
Went in for anemic symptoms and got called "overly sensitive". Drive to another city for a second opinion and they actually did tests. Turns out I actually have anemia and an iron deficiency. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and go to actual professionals.
