2019 Escape 109000km. Engine was fine just using too much coolant. They did a vacuum test and Killed my engine by flooding with coolant in cylinder 3. Gave me a 10k quote to rebuild at 6pm . Gave me keys and 10k quote. No warning that they could kill the engine!!! No courtesy car so I can get home just its 6pm they want to close! Couldn’t drive faster than 40kph on the 1A.
