I trained with Kailey for over a year before she moved to North Star, and I had a very positive experience. She’s flexible with her schedule, checks in often and truly made efforts to tailor my workouts to my fitness goals as they evolved. Kailey is a committed and knowledgeable personal trainer. I’ve worked with her for the past 10 months and she has played a big role in my fitness journey.
