So run down the property manager Tom Ludden doesn’t even live on site anymore, and HE is so hard to get in touch with.🤣 Not to mention his lack of morals. Not exactly the qualities you’d look for in a property manager. This place is a joke. They JUST “repaired the road” even the workers where LAUGHING at their own orders.. there response… I quote them on this “ hey that’s what we call job security “ 🤦♂️ like lot rent keeps going up yet the quality is dropping like a BOULDER down a CLIFF
