They had a scammer con man named Craig Mortimer, who came into our house to fix a bathroom light then when the conversation changed to our kitchen that was being delivered, he informed us he was also a kitchen fitter, he basically destroyed £6000 worth of units worktops pipes everything we also paid him over £1000 for materials which he never bought. both myself and wife nearly had nervous breakdowns, we informed north star who showed little empathy, the reason for this post is Mortimer is back in the news for scamming someo... read more
Cathy was fabulous today asi had an emergency. The Engineer Josh was so delightful a credit to Cathy . He sorted the problem in 10mins with a winning smile so nice . I strongly recommend this company been using them for years
