We were told there were free estimates. He came and was here to look at 3 light fixtures, total of 22 mins via our indoor camera. We asked for a date for service with no response. Was then sent a bill 6 months later for 3 hrs labor. When I called to ask he informed me I actually got a deal because they charge $86/hr not the $68 he charged me. We are so pleased with the work we had North Star Electric do for us. They were so accommodating and professional in all aspects. Some of the things we wanted them to do were not the easiest to accomplish, but they tackled those jobs and got them done to our satisfaction. We were also pleasantly surprised with the bid we got...and when we got the bill for the job, it was for the exact amount we were told it would be. We won't hesitate for a minute, to call on them when we need more electrical work done!

These guys have done small and large jobs for us in several places over many years. They are always professional, quick and are at or below estimate. On top of all that they are pleasant and enjoyable to have around!
