I had an appointment with Dr. Hans after my crown came off. I visited the clinic to have it assessed, and I was impressed by Dr. Hans's honest and professional approach. I genuinely felt that his priority was my wellbeing rather than trying to make money from me. He carefully explained the available options and suggested suitable alternatives before ultimately reinstating my existing crown. I highly appreciated his transparency, expertise, and patient-focused care.
Disappointed we did not see Dr Sharma who we had booked to see. We were not told at reception when we arrived who we were seeing. Still do not know who the dentist was that looked after my daughter as he didn't introduce himself to us before the appointment. There was no follow up advise either.
I am very happy with North Star Dental. Every member of the team is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely, and I always feel that I’m in very good hands. Dr Sharma is particularly wonderful. He is kind, gentle and incredibly thorough, and he always takes the time to explain things and share his knowledge, which I really appreciate.
