August 15, 2025 - dangerous driver on his phone, swerving and driving slow blocking traffic on Stoney Tr. Vehicle number 111-142.
Watched one of you're employees blow through a stop sign without even slowing down today (we were behind him he was doing at least 40) on 84th street ne and township road 254 plate number bnd 4620 at about 8:40 am, best have a word with that idiot before he kills someone cause if he's doing it there without a care then without a doubt he's done it in school zones and playground zones
Been digging the entire neighbourhood not putting it back to the original state. Dug our landscaping without permission on our private property never fixed it back. Dug both ends of my allay-way making it super hard for vehicles to get in and out. Not fixing things at all. Making mess. Worst business ever.
They came and removed one of my driveway panels and a sidewalk panel in 2023 as part of the telus fibre optic install in my community. They returned in 2024 and said they need to replace the driveway panel because the concrete was flaking. It was so minor that the panel didn't need to be replaced, but they insisted. They saw cut the panel in fall 2024 and left and I never heard back from anyone. I have to call north star every single morning to come and fix my driveway which and never get response back from them. Every single driveway and side walk on my street is fixed bt my driveway they forgot to pour cement and i have bene requesting them to do from last month. They left few steel rods in there too. Its not even safe for my kids they want to play outside. I can’t even park my car inside my garage from one month. Seriously frustrating. They broke the main water water control valve as well
