Based on the excellent reviews, I called to make an appt as a new patient. Jessica was exceptionally kind and professional as we generated my patient profile. She answered all of my questions regarding payment, plan, insurance options. A very positive experience and I think it speaks well of the clinic that they have such an exceptional intake administrator.
First time visit, very reassuring. All staff very friendly and helpful. Dr Blair very interested in my concerns. No electronic note taking, he actually Listened and addressed my concerns and had a strategy to approach each one.
Friendly, caring, one-on-one care. Love this clinic. I now have a doctor who focuses on me instead of a computer screen. I feel well cared for and heard. All of the staff are kind and helpful. Thank you!
The entire staff that I encountered on my first visit, including Jim Blair, were very pleasant and helpful. I was very impressed that he didn’t even wait until the end of the day to refer me to physical therapy. As soon as I got home I got a phone call from the PT provider setting up an appointment. They had initially said they were booked 3 weeks out, but he told them it was urgent and I got my first PT appointment the very next day. I’m happy, and told myself neighbor about him too.
Dr. Jim is on time, very knowledgeable, willing to refer to a specialist if needed. Jess, Andrea, & Amy are just the best too!
