Do not send your kid here I was previously a patient at NorthStar Treatment center the place is filled with lousy staff that do not care about the well being of the children on multiple occasions I left alone and was able to smoke nicotine products from the staff themselves I had escaped once and they didn’t know I was missing for 6 hours they lie about how you are doing to rake in money from the patients parents.My stay was detrimental to my mental health and I have been able to get better this place only made me worse.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!HERE IS WHY I am a survivor from North Star Treatment Center in LaVerkin Utah. I was mentally and physically abused as well as verbally attacked by every single staff there. The staff show up just to get their pay, they do not care about the kids at all. I ended up running away four times because I couldn’t take the abuse.
