We walked in to get a quote for my dad's enclave. My dad passed away in November and my mom didn't need 2 cars. When we walked in we told the receptionist what we wanted. So a salesman greeted us and we told him what we wanted. The guy at the first desk rolled his eyes and the salesman told us that the guy who does that was off that day. We purchased a 2022 Yukon back in June, and the entire experience was a nightmare. Our salesman was nice, but not very knowledgeable and constantly forgot things he said — the stereotypical car salesman you hope you don’t get.
