So I would like to give a shout out to John in the parts department. When it comes to dealing with things that break or go wrong I immediately go to the worse case scenario. When I called him today I stared off my conversation calm, but I ended up crying while on the phone with him. He was so very nice to me and treated me with respect and kindness. Purchase my 2024 canyon here new. Take it in for routine oil changes. Have always been greeted with professional service. Had a warranty issue with a trim piece Nothing to do with a dealership. A defective part from GM. They took care of it. Gave me a ride to work while they had the vehicle and pick me up at the end of the day. It pays to be nice and say hello and have a good day. Went here with the hopes of driving off in a new GMC however they conveniently sold the car I wanted before we got there. Josh was very helpful and got us into a new to us vehicle with very low miles but way above the price range we had set. I'd suggest take at least 5k for a deposit and make sure your credit is good.
Jake in the service department had a good handle on the details. He kept everything on one track and made sure the scope didn’t wander into extras.
I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Run as fast as you can from this place!! I took my truck in to get fixed and they didn’t fix it and did a whole bunch of other stuff to it that wasn’t even dealing with the problem that didn’t need to be done. This place is AWFUL and a big SCAM! Now I have to take my truck somewhere else so the problem that it went in for actually gets fixed.
