Nasty place and nasty ppl who hate their job. Not instruction given for unloading
Great company, I get unloaded quick everytime. Guys that unload are always nice and quick to get me back on the road.
Too slow for unloading scrap trucks. May wait 2-3 hours or more? No detention time. Frickin joke
Based on my one delivery, they seem like a nice place at which to do business. Trucks that are not hauling coils will probably want to use the east entrance, where they have a newer system for checking in. Once you get checked in, they have relatively good instructions to get you where they need you. I was unloaded and rolling again within an hour.
