Some great programs but greatly understaffed and a lot of double bookings unanswered phone calls and a complete disregard for patients well being.
It is a helpful place to come. The staff is excellent at helping me put my life into perspective. The staff is kind and caring.
Been a patient here for over a year and since Dr. Frank and wife have left this place has gone downhill. Multiple times left days without a medication that causes seizures without. Call for 7 straight business days and ask to speak to a nurse and just get sent to the mailbox. Nurse coded it incorrectly, myself and my pharmacy called for numerous business days and could not get anyone to resubmit or even answer the phone.
