Thanks to your irresponsibility and unprofessionalism, my 86 year old mother will be left with no medication after tonight. Since it is a late Friday afternoon, sadly this appears to be the case. Between my husband and I , at least 7 calls have been made to try to prevent this from happening. We even went to the office and waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Been a patient here for over a decade and since Dr. Frank and wife have left this place has gone downhill. Multiple times left days without a medication that causes seizures without. Call for 7 straight business days and ask to speak to a nurse and just get sent to the mailbox. Nurse coded it incorrectly, myself and my pharmacy called for numerous business days and could not get anyone to resubmit or even answer the phone.
