About 13 years ago I was in the market for 8 standard double hung replacement windows. I called a few local companies that carried well known windows, replacement or otherwise and they all quoted about $500 per window. I then stopped into North Star Bailey and made an appointment for a rep to come to my home. Steve came out to view our sliding door issue and offer recommendations for the leaking door fix with a couple options. He appeared most knowlgeable and helpful and was to follow up with us in a couple days after touching base with a contact from Harvey products. A couple days went by so we reached out via email and phone to touch base...nothing...another week went by so we reached out again...nothing... I wasted 2 weeks trying to at least get a common courtesy communication that they were't interested in the job or somethin... read more

All we can say is that our sliding door replacement work and material were excellent- we were very impressed with the professional approach taken and made- The work was accomplished on time and within the original quote by very excellent workmen.

We hired North Star Bailey to replace all 30 windows in our family's 100 year old ocean front summer house. Steve and Cheryl and their crew were a pleasure to work with, and we could not be happier with the results. They perfectly matched the look of the new windows to the old. The installation was quick and extremely neat - they left absolutely no trace behind.
