Huge thanks to Vlad for helping me get into a fantastic car! He went above and beyond to make sure the deal worked for my budget and that I was happy with the purchase. It's rare to find such genuine service at a dealership, with such a great variety of vehicles. I'll definitely be sending friends and family to see him.

Found this voicemail from a couple years ago and had to laugh looking back. I accidentally overslept and missed a tint appointment. That part was on me. What wasn’t expected was the voicemail I received eight minutes after the appointment time. Instead of a simple reschedule or cancellation policy reminder, it included profanity, personal insults, and being told I was blocked from ever doing business again. This was an amazing experience. Vlad and Peter dealt with us at our own pace. We had been looking in many different places and were somewhat disappointed. We told Vlad exactly what we were looking for and produced something that was way beyond what we were hoping to find. He told me that he had exactly what I was looking for and over the phone he told me "you will like this car so much that if you drive it you will buy it. " And he was right. We were out car shopping for our son for his first car. We had actually went to a dealership down the street but they were closed... on a Saturday.
