No one answers or calls back. What a joke. Not the way to run a business
Small business owner. Does a great job with as crazy busy as he is!
Mike was very friendly and very knowledgeable!! Kept in contact with me for parts that Maytag took forever to send. Had a great experience!
Same experience as others; Mike (repairman) showed up once to diagnose problem with washing machine, said he needed to order parts, and did not show up again after that. He is not answering his phone or returning messages. Terrible business, steer clear. Use Lloyd's Repair instead-we've had much better luck with them.
