This place is trying to put the blame on me for getting my dogs ashes messed up. I brought my dog in cause he passed away from a dog attack. I told the front desk lady I wanted the ashes back.She got the piece of paper she marked it I signed it thinking I was getting my dogs ashes back. When I called to see why I have t gotten my dogs ashes back they told me that I wouldn’t be cause he was cremated with other animals and was spread on a farm. I truly love the drs there and the vet techs. They are all great. The front desk is horrible . I brought my dog tgat was attacked and passed away. I told lady at the front desk that I wanted him cremated and to get his ashes back. She had me sign a piece of paper I was thinking it was the consent to get his ashes back. She marked the wrong one and now I’m NOT getting my dogs ashes back cause he got cremated with other pets and is getting spread in a farm. Wtf I want my dogs ashes back cause.
