When a person pays for a animal to be sedated because they are in so much pain and they say they did but haven't till 50 min I to their appt. Im completely disgusted with their lack of empathy..

I really want to give a shout out to North Star Animal Hospital. The team is very caring and compassionate. I recently had to make the toughest decision of my entire life, I literally wanted to die. I had to call to put my girl, Vegas, out of pain. She gave me the best 13 years of my life. The staff was very empathetic and helpful. Dr. Henry arrived, to my home, within an hour of my call. During the last week or so of our dog’s life, North Star was so helpful and passionate with his care. His condition was day by day and when he took a turn for the worse and I called to have him put down that day, as he could no longer get up or eat, they were booked up. They still squeezed him in and accommodated us. He liked going there and liked the staff. We can’t thank them enough for squeezing him in so he didn’t have to suffer any longer.
