Little business in Penfield PA that has great staff. Jamie is the voice of the place and she was very helpful and friendly and answered my questions. She wasn’t rushed or spoke in a manner that I was interrupting her work day. She was great! I am extremely disappointed in the service and delivery I received yesterday. I could not have been more clear about what I needed when I initially placed my order for a sand mixture for my indoor riding arena and outdoor round pen. I expressed, at least 4 times, that I absolutely needed the mixture dumped INSIDE my arena so I could spread it. Not only was I severely misquoted, but my entire order was not initially filled.
