I'm afraid of the owner. I rented here five years ago and waited all this time to post a review. He's a scary man. Recent reviews tell me things haven't changed- everyone still hates him.
Such a GREAT location! Very quiet and respectful neighbors.
Older looking mobile home park. Alright looking. Could use new paving outside 04/2024.
