This was, without question, one of the worst places I have ever lived. The rules are extremely strict, and management acts like they are running an HOA, but when it comes to actually maintaining the property, fixing problems, or improving living conditions, those standards apparently don't apply. Unclean. Disparate neighborhood.
I'm afraid of the owner. I rented here five years ago and waited all this time to post a review. He's a scary man. Recent reviews tell me things haven't changed- everyone still hates him.
Such a GREAT location! Very quiet and respectful neighbors.
Older looking mobile home park. Alright looking. Could use new paving outside 04/2024.
