Wouldnt go back for similar reasons as other reviews. I will say that the new dentist is very nice and seems quite knowledgeable. But front desk staff told a blatant lie about ADA legal requirements in order to justify the hygienist proceeding with a procedure I had asked not to do if it wasnt fully covered by insurance (I was assured falsely it was). New hygienist was also a bit prickly. The dentist is already a place the causes many people anxiety, being prickly doesn't help!
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
This place has gone down hill the last few years. I see a new dentist every six months. I've been coming here for 5 years. This last time I finished my cleaning. Came back to fix a filling. They wait until 5 minutes AFTER my appointment, tell me my doctor no longer takes my insurance. Charge me out of network $109, for the cleaning I had the previous week. If they had told me I wasn't in network I wouldn't have done the cleaning. This is not patient care. Don't come here.
North stapley dental performed unnecessary procedures to get more money from me on top of that randomly charged me $180 balance and refused to schedule me until it was paid but refused to tell me what it was for.
