I have lived here for 47yrs. The subdivision has been declining, in my opinion, because of the weak management companies responsible for enforcing the deed restrictions. I thought these companies were supposed to make regular trips through the subdivisions checking for violations. If not, then what are they good for?
The park is okay; it is outdated. There's a big field, but do be cautious because terrain is uneven in certain spots. In my opinion, this park isn't much fun, (but 'fun' is what you make it). The park needs much love, and hopefully, a few updates will come soon that include fun and safe space for kids and adults that enjoy outdoor activities/workouts. They don’t answer their phone !!!!
Keep calling and calling no one working no wonder HOA doesn’t keep up with the community as I have a complaint on a basket ball court in a cota sack that looks trashy we need to keep our community clean why charge a fee annually when you have no control on that
