i use to work there.....they hide quarter sized holes on the outer skin of the trailers with decal stickers, install moldy wood flipped over for the flooring,I (personally) was told to install impropper door springs (unsafe) because that's all they had at the time, and i have seen them cover up mistakes; holes, scratches, and cracks with caulk and paint. Overall...pretty good at over pricing and hiding defects, but not bad if you don't mind spending thousands of dollars on pre scratched,dented,and punctured product.
