From three estimates, we chose North Sound Fence. They completed the job in a timely manner to our satisfaction.
North Sound Fencing replaced our 18 year old cedar fence a few months ago. Sean and his crew did a great job. They were reliable, left a very clean job site at the end of each day, completed the project as promised. A few weeks later we noticed some of the boards needed replacing, Sean promptly responded and replaced the areas of concern. We are very pleased with our new fence and would have no concerns recommending North Sound Fencing
Amazing customer service, very dependable. We would highly recommend North Sound Fence. We will differently use them again to redo our back fence.
After using this company for years with great results, I was super disappointed with the work and level of professionalism they provided with their latest job. They were super focused and rushed on completing the job. The crew that performed the work was not adequate to the level I expected. And the lead was disrespectful to some of the concerns I addressed as the work was being completed. Prior to this job, I would have strongly recommended this company. But after this most recent job, I would definitely not recommend them.
