My family and I were moving out of 2 places and he was quick and efficient to fit us in his schedule! He did an amazing job and his prices are reasonable! Thank you Steve.
Steve does a great job of carpet cleaning. However, he charged $50-100 more than his quoted price range over the phone for cleaning a house that he had visited and partially cleaned in the past. He states the place was larger than expected, but his measured square footage was less than what I had told him over the phone. His pricing is still middle of the road and reasonable, but I would’ve appreciated a heads up before starting if he anticipated the cost to be higher than the quote.
