Fitted a new combi boiler for us. Great communication and would recommend.
Excellent service from start to finish. Craig was professional, knowledgeable & reliable. He informed me of all the issues with my heating, explaining, documenting & giving me evidence of the issues. Having recently purchased a house we've encountered a couple of plumbing/boiler issues in the first couple of months. Being very dissatisfied with my previous service provider, I changed over to N. Somerset Heating and I have just had an annual check on my rather ancient boiler. The engineer arrived promptly and did a thorough service giving me a clear and honest appraisal of the condition of the machine.
