Super nice people helped me to buy some wood I had been looking for to build some planters. My original look was in a place to access. Through a great discussion we figured out an alternative. I had called to inquire about wood and told them I was on my way. While driving there I got two calls from the company to inform me of an issue that ultimately got worked out. Great product and help.
