Called about renting a unit for some furniture. Pete's response don't have any small units and referred me elsewhere didn't ask any questions didn't seem interested in having my business. My 1st and last experience. THANKS PETE
LIAR, THIEF, EXTORSIONIST! He LIED that I wasn't packed "properly" for his guidelines. Umm... I've moved 38 times! He didn't have another customer the next day, so he packed his RENTED truck 1/2 full (knowing I couldn't get another mover on such short notice.) He said he wouldn't charge me a truck rental fee. (Remember he doesn't even have his own truck!) But he LIED, and still charged me WITHOUT using a itemized bill! NOT TO MENTION I HELPED THEM MOVE THE REMAINDER OF MY BELONGINGS THE 2ND DAY JUST SO THEY WOULD FINISH AND ... read more
Booking so far out it's pointless to call them, and the only moving company in the area that won't give you a personal quote over the phone.
Pete and his crew recently helped me move from Muncie to Noblesville and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. They arrived early, got right to work, and were very efficient. They handled all of my belongings with care and nothing was damaged during the move. The quote they gave me was very reasonable and they didn't charge any extra after the move was completed. I highly recommend North Side Moving & Storage. Thanks for all your help, guys!
I had an incredible experience with Pete, the owner of North Side Moving. I called 3 companies to get an idea of pricing to move my dad from IN to NC. His price ended up being the best (not always important to me) but his (and his team's) professional demeanor and responsiveness was unlike any other in comparison to other companies I've used in the past.
