North Shreve Steel constructed the awnings for our football fieldhouse at Calvary Baptist Academy, and we could not be more pleased. We had a very short and tight timeline, and they made it happen with a few days to spare. Everyone was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in their respective areas. Roger runs a great company, and I would be happy to refer them to anyone looking for high-quality work and craftsmanship.

This company is of low quality. I sent my blueprints a week ago, only to find out that they never received them. After resending them on Monday, the estimator promised me a quote within two days. When I checked in the next day to make sure he was working on it, he gave me an attitude and said he needed until the end of the week because he had a bigger job to handle. I was treated much better the day before when he didn't have the bigger job. Later, I received an email saying they were too busy to quote the job. I urge people... read more
