Personally the only place that took me seriously in my area.
Would give zero stars if able. Another patient had lied on me and the staff believed her over me. It's always with these places where they believe the liar over the one telling the truth. Will be filing a recipient rights complaint for favoritism today. And Celest is an idiot for believing that liar
This facility neglected my son’s medical care so badly I had to call a welfare check, that turned into police calling an ambulance for him based on his condition. The owner Jill has not returned our calls and it’s an open investigation with the state, CMH, and their parent organization northcare. Be careful sending your loved ones here. Dani and Celeste in the office are downright rude, and candy sounds like she’s falling asleep.
