I wish i could shop around for a different provider. They take advantage of the fact that there is no options. Why is your bill payment system so incredibly outdated. Why does your invoice say i can call to set up auto pay when in reality i have to print out a ton of paper work and mail it in?! What year are you guys living in. DO BETTER
Terribly inconvenient to pay your bill. Seriously with how many ways there are to collect payments from people there is no excuse for me to have to go to the state treasurer's epay service and then type in my account number and amount owed manually. They clearly know how much I owe so at the very least they could let me view the bill online instead of it getting mixed in with the junk mail.
