Rude staff . Pathetic customer service
The wastewater they put into the Des Plaines River is gross. I don't believe it satisfies the requirement.
The payment system is not up to par and is fickle. Sometimes the epay link works, sometimes it doesn’t. You can make a one-time payment but cannot create an account. I genuinely dislike dealing with this agency.
