They have terrible system for parking, they rip off visitors and families. The food for the patients was always undercooked and made stomach upset. We had to buy from expensive cafe downstairs everyday. They dont have enough supplies available for patients bed side care.
The security and front desk staff is rude and ill mannered and unprofessional. They give out wrong information to people. My father was admitted here for 3 weeks and during this time there was always an incident with the security guards. Front desk staff is always sleeping or absent. On the first day of admission , i waited 25 minutes while there was no body in the line and the guy was just not paying attention even after i walked up to him; he didnt even answer and pretended that he is invisible.
Excellent nurses for Ms Althea & Ms Amy (Asian) Both of them really amazing nurses, skillful, Kind, helpful, empathy and caring. Very knowledgeable and with good heart. ❤️ This is the nurse should be qualify to be a professional nurse not only skills. They should be promoted to be a manager position based from my observation.
