Thank you for the PCA team at 4th floor who so passionate to take care of my husband in the hospital. I would like to say Thank you for these particular nurses so professionalism to their work with kindness of heart coz willing to treat their patients with empathy, passion and most importantly to show your patients that you value them. Even though, their life in the short period. Amazing service & treatment. As I walked in the ER I was immediately addressed, acknowledged and taken care of. I was amazed how everyone including MD’s, medical students, nurses and all the staff were involved in my care. This is the most taken care of and clean & sanitary EMR. Security is amazing I felt no harsh emotions and unsafe at anytime!! The 2nd best is the ER patients and escorts have free parking! The cleaners are hard working and don’t miss a beat! Amazing experience all around!
