Thank you for the PCA team at 4th floor who so passionate to take care of my husband in the hospital. I would like to say Thank you for these particular nurses so professionalism to their work with kindness of heart coz willing to treat their patients with empathy, passion and most importantly to show your patients that you value them. My worst experienced with the nurse name Christine at Palliative Care Unit. My dad have been admitted to North Shore hospital so many times in a different unit. all nurses was very friendly, helpful and kind whereby this unfriendly nurse Christine in Pcu unit so rude with her unfriendly attitude when assisting my dad. I hope karma happen to her so she can experience the same pain as us. We will report this matter to the hospital director to ensure she learn and be improve. One of the worst hospital at - Palliative Care Unit - Very unprofessional some of the staffs there talked loud and laugh loud. So bloody unprofessional and disrespectful the patients and family member feelings who gonna lost their love one. Some staffs behavior and attitude really down to the drain. Worst like hell. I do hope the hospital HR and management will pay more attention to their staff's attitude whereby not just simply recruiting these ppl to work without a kind humanitarian sense. Shameful.
