Tried making an appointment for my four children Receptionist was very unhelpful. Got frustrated and went elsewhere.
While we greatly appreciate the care and professionalism of our doctor and nurses, one receptionist in particular consistently makes the check-in and check-out process frustrating. Her unprofessional demeanor and tendency to complicate scheduling create unnecessary stress. It often feels as though she intentionally creates confusion to convey an air of condescension when interacting with patients. I called to try and make an appointment, but the staff was so rude we decided to take our business elsewhere. I see multiple people complaining about their receptionists. It may be wise to provide customer service training or make it clear treating patients that way is totally unacceptable. Asking basic questions does not constitute such an attitude.
We LOVE our doctor and nurses. Highly recommend Dr Kaliyadan. However, the receptionists for the whole building (4 older women) are quite unprofessional. When I first got there and was standing in line to check in, a patient who had been in the back ran out to her car because she apparently forgot something. She was gone for less than 30 seconds. Dr Carroll (OB) was very nice and made me feel comfortable for during my appointment, all of the staff were kind and helpful too!
