I was in contact with Jake for 2 weeks and he kept telling me that he was having trouble with truck drivers and deliveries and finally I called on Monday of the 2nd week and asked if he got his trailers and if I could buy 1 on Thursday of that week and if was going to be ready and he said yes so on Wednesday of that same week I texted him and said I would be leaving my house at 8am and would be there before noon.The address he gave me was wrong and I finally found where he was after asking 2 mail carriers for an address wher... read more
Jake was able to get us the trailer we needed at a fair price, he's very responsive and I would definitely recommend North Shore Trailers.
This guy is a sham. Does not answer his phone or texts. You can't get ahold of him and it is impossible to buy a trailer from. No shop or inventory. Save your frustration and go to a reputable dealer.
WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Bought 2 trailers from Jake Saunders in June/July of 2020. Second trailer was delivered with a damaged bunk and severely warped rail, multiple channel end caps were missing and two light lenses were missing. Jake said he took the lenses to put on a trailer he had delivered prior to dropping ours off, but promised to replace all missing or damaged parts.
