They canceled on us last minute and I mean last minute. We had already driven to the north shore and walked down to the beach when we got a call it was canceled. They were not flexible with reschedule and had nothing that we were able to reschedule to. We were out the money on the fishing license. They have all these repercussions on their side if we cancel but there are non for them. They could at least reimburse us for the license or offer us a reschedule time for the same day. Our family did Shoreline fishing in March. We were given a 2 minute tutorial of how to fish and our guide helped us detangle our fishing rod a few times. The part I am most unhappy about though is that we never got our $25pp deposit back. We booked it through the Go City pass and all four of us paid a $25pp deposit. I have tried emailing and texting with no reply. I hope they reply soon🤞
This was a great morning fishing with Kenny - fished with my son and I and Kenny was really patient in dealing with bottom snags and retying and baiting hooks - super knowledgeable about all kinds of fishing - recommend booking with him and early in your trip so you can fish on your own the rest of your trip. He also gives tons of recommendations for other island attractions from a local perspective- really good guy!
Ashton was great. Had a fun couple hours, caught a few fish. Overall good experience.
