Kristopher knows his trade and is dedicated to doing an excellent job. He repaired some broken tile, regrouted our shower, and recaulked. He does the little things that make a big different like letting the shower dry out after removing the old caulk and cleaning the tile thoroughly before recaulking. He also explained why recommendations given by other tile repair services wouldn’t work. He is very busy, so you may need to be patient.
Kristopher recalked my neighbor’s bath a few years ago, and it still looks fabulous, so I contacted him about my bath. After talking with him by phone, I sent him photos of the shower. He reviewed the photos and explained in detail my options. Kristopher told me that I could spend a fair amount of cash redoing the calk but that the issue with my bath ran deeper and after some time, I would need to replace the tiles. Currently living in the S. Loop in a rather old building. Had a issue with nothing but scalding hot water coming out my shower and bathroom sink. Maintenance said they couldn’t do anything because they were unable to reach cartridges behind shower tiles. I needed urgent help so I reached out on Yelp to several businesses. Kristopher is a true professional and very talented. He did an amazing job removing, repairing, and re-placing the tiles in our shower. The job was completed in a reasonable time frame with constant communication. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and satisfied with the job he did. I highly recommend using his company for your project.
