Booked a massage weeks in advance. Got a Appointment Reminder the day before. Showed up on time......Nobody there. Waited around for a while, but nobody came out. "cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee" ...but it's cool to waste my time/gas?
