Was suppose to be asleep for my procedure. I was fully awake and in a lot of pain. I cried a lot during the procedure. I had this procedure done many times at another office, and never felt the pain, but at the North Shore facility, I felt the whole procedure. They werenot sympathetic towards me, and I heard on nurse in the background making fun of me. I will never go there again!
