I am writing this under a pseudonym and approximately 1.5 years after I stopped using the clinic. I had never undergone any kind of counselling or therapy before so I was nervous as I reached out to North Shore, and selected them mainly for the location. Receptionist is very rude and has no manners. She will ignore you if u go there and all she goes look at computer.
I cant speak highly enough of the professional care received by this clinic. This place, and in particular Dr. Haring, is the Best of the Best. Hands down.
It’s basically a scam. $200 an hour to have a condescending conversation. Life is hard. Life is stressful. Nobody will change that. I found the people here unhelpful, and they couldn’t really help me resolve any difficult issues. I only paid for a while cause insurance was covering it but I couldn’t imagine paying out of pocket. There is also the conflict of interest. If you get your problems fixed and walk away they won’t make any money from you. A waste of time and money when we have public health care.
