My experience is the same as the other review, correspondence not returned, phone calls not followed up on but bills always on time, also management of contractors interesting, orders attempted to be placed with only one price, certainly not what I want from a company representing my building
I have lived in my family owned in it for ten years and never in my life have I had to deal with such corruption and illegal behaviour. Finally we get a great manager, Di and Cathy Pashley has made her resign over her ridiculous request of her attendance three times a week instead of Zoom or FaceTime like most normal people. Di lives in Redlands which is a nearly 150 km away making this an unreasonable request. No care for property owner issues. Will email regularly to get body corp payments but will not reply to any email regarding issues. AVOID THIS BODY CORPORATE
They don’t value their tenants enough to respond to their inquiries. I sent two polite emails and left a voice message. I was told they received them but they decided to ignore me completely. Quite rude.
