It's incredible to see here that all of the positive reviews are written within a 1 month period recently, with the negative reviews having a more consistent timeline. We have had limited dealings with NSSM so far but each interaction has been dreadful. Completely ignored emails, lots of chasing and everything dealt with late. Priscilla has been quite rude in every email we've received from her. I do hope this changes.
Lauren has been great to deal with at North Shore. It would be good if they used more local contractors for repairs etc but understand that their networks are not in the local area. We have helped by finding and directing locals to their attention. Strata management is a team game with owners and BC managers. If everyone works as a team it all works fine.

My dealings with Priscilla were very positive. She was professional, easy to deal with and couldn’t do enough to help me.
