First time I have had my new car serviced at Auckland Auto. I found them most professional, quick and efficient. The complimentary use of a courtesy car was most helpful too. Highly recommended.
We recently brought a car off Jared who was amazing. He listened to what we wanted, worked with us to get a price we were happy with and treated us so well throughout the whole process, even indulging in our dark sense of humor. I’m not taking my truck for service or other jobs here, how can I trust you when that foreign dude on the phone lied to me that you don’t do warranty jobs but only service I only got informed of that once I got to West Auckland SsangYong/LDV and they did an amazing job even went beyond just to make me happy.! So onwards with West Auckland LDV.
LDV is so bad don’t buy the brand I buy the t60 2022 and only 50000 the engine light was on fix more than five times now the lights is on again
We’re really disappointed with how things have been handled. We bought the van just a few months ago, and it broke down back in August. We submitted a claim, but it’s been months and we haven’t heard anything back. It’s super frustrating to be left in the dark like this. We really expected things to be sorted out by now.
