We have purchased two Ssangyong vehicles in the past. One a commercial vehicle and the other one for private use. Both vehicles had a few issues which John the National Sales Manager personally saw to and fixed for us. His knowledge and service was outstanding, I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from him and his team.
Love the new management Blake, they have a great ethos and knows cars sales from grooming to high volume sale.
I bought an LDV bigger van from here . The van has been good so far. There was a contentious issue around repairs after the warranty period ended. I was expecting them to dig their heels in …but they didn’t and waived the repair cost. That was smart business and I will return for mechanical work and future purchases . Yann from service dept is also really good to deal with
First time I have had my new car serviced at Auckland Auto. I found them most professional, quick and efficient. The complimentary use of a courtesy car was most helpful too. Highly recommended.
We recently brought a car off Jared who was amazing. He listened to what we wanted, worked with us to get a price we were happy with and treated us so well throughout the whole process, even indulging in our dark sense of humor.
